Are there rapids?No, there are no rapids on this stretch of the Willamette River. Please visit our River Safety page for river hazards and safety tips.

What are the age requirements?Individuals making reservations must be 18 or older. Must be over the age of 12 to ride Willamette Tides river tubes. Children under the age of 12 are welcome to float in our rafts and kayaks when accompanied by an adult.

What's included in my rental?All rentals include life jackets, whistles, paddles, and shuttle.

Is there available parking?Yes, parking is available and free for day use at Michael's Landing and on NW 1st St. along Riverfront Park.

What should I wear on the water?Wear what you are comfortable getting wet in. Swimwear and comfortable footwear that can get wet are the best options for the water. Don't bring valuables or items that will be damaged if wet. At this time we are not able to provide lockers. Willamette Tides is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We will be adding lockers in the future and will update our services once available.

Do I have to wear a life jacket?Oregon state law requires children under the age of 13 to wear a life jacket at all times. Others must keep a life jacket on person. Willamette Tides includes a life jacket for all riders and we encourage everyone to keep their life jackets on while floating.

Can I bring food and drinks?Yes, please feel welcome to bring food and drinks for your float. We offer coolers (ice not included) to rent for rafts and kayaks. Please do not bring alcohol on the river.

Are restrooms available?There are public restrooms at Willamette Park and Hyak park. A portable bathroom is also available at Michael's Landing.

Can I bring my dog with me?Dogs are welcome on Willamette Tides shuttle and rentals with a pet life jacket included. Please only bring your pet if well trained and is comfortable around water. Always follow City of Corvallis park rules for pets: Dogs in Parks

What are your shuttle policies?Shuttle is included with all rentals. We also provide shuttle only service and shuttle of your personal watercraft. Please make reservations on our site and feel welcome to call for any questions or arrangements needed. Shuttle rates vary based on routes and are shown on our reservations page.

Are reservations required?No, walk-ups are welcome. However, we encourage reservations to guarantee availability. We accept credit, debit, and PayPal for online reservations. All forms of payment for walk-ups are accepted to include credit, debit, check, and cash.

What is your cancellation policy?Reservations must be canceled 24 hours before your float to receive a refund. In the event of hazardous conditions or weather Willamette Tides will postpone operations and provide a full refund. You may also reschedule any time before your float.
